Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and place them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Order' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere in the world, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Shipping And Handling The delivery company used by RM Carspares are Parcel Force and Business Post.Two reputable companies with depots nationwide. They have on-line parcel tracking facility which can give details on delivery date, time and the signature of the individual who signed for the goods. For a standard delivery, we offer free, a three to five day delivery service for orders weighing 25kg or under. Goods which weigh in excess of 25kg will incur a £0.30p cost for each additional kilogram. A Express delivery service will cost £4.95, and for a delivery required before 12 noon on a Saturday, the charge will be £19.95. Both costs are for goods weighing up to 25kg. The additional £0.30p charge will apply to goods over 25kg. Please Note: Information on delivery costs applies to UK mainland (England, Wales, Edinburgh and Glasgow) orders only. Deliveries to the Highlands will cost £18.95. Small items under 1kg will be sent free of charge to Scotland & Ireland, using Royal Mail postal service.Delivery to Isle Of Wight will cost £4.50. Jeersey,Channel Islands and international deliveries, confirmation of the delivery charge will be provided for your approval, before the goods are despatched.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back-order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
