Surcharge returns

A surcharge will apply to a small number of our parts including starter motors, alternators and brake calipers.

This surcharge reflects the value of the used product and helps to ensure that the used product is returned to us. Our suppliers strips the used product and retains all parts which can be utilised to rebuild a remanufactured product. Any part which cannot be utilised is scrapped.

The £30 surcharge is not included in the price of the item in the catalogue. When we receive your order for a surcharged item, you will be notified that the surcharge will be debited from your credit card. A separate invoice showing the surcharge amount will be mailed to you with your purchased item.

The £30.00 surcharge will be refunded to you once the used part is received by us. It should be the same application as the unit purchased and in a condition which permits a level of manufacturing. Returns which are not acceptable are those incomplete, with broken brackets, rusty or heavily corroded and cannibalised units.

To return a used part, please ensure the return tag showing the part number is attached to the old unit. We can supply a Parcel Force worldwide label which you need to attach to the return box before sending the item via your local post office. The charge to supply this label is £3.95. If this label is required, you should inform us when sending your order.
